A little digression is happening in order to organize myself, and in an effort to focus on the pieces building my current portfolio. Specifically focusing on the pieces that establish the link to the current movement in my work.
The surreal trees are the first building block, a strong and supportive base, figuratively as well as literally, to begin from. I love trees, and I feel a powerful connection to trees and roots. It just makes good sense to start my exploration into a surrealistic working style where i feel most comfortable. These pieces will be a part of the portfolio for that reason.
