I can’t help myself, I’ve been outdoors every chance I get, and for as long as I can. In case you don’t know this about me, I love being outdoors. Everything is so beautiful, inspiring and rejuvenating watching it come to life.
These photos were taken Easter Sunday with my iPhone. The clouds laying over Central Virginia were amazing.
I am still working on and the little blue house. It seems to be my lot in life to wind up in homes that have suffered neglect and/or updating. The nice thing is I am able to take my time and work at my own pace.
It’s back to work at the easel tomorrow, and there will be some more gamsol being slung on art for the upcoming show. I’m debating internally an idea I have regarding the show and my new work. I need all my pieces, and I am considering pulling out some older abstract work for display at the co-op. I don’t paint in this style any longer, therein lies the debate, do I show old work? Any opinions? Thoughts?
Peace, Valerie
